In 2013, UFCC began as a vision to bridge the financial gap for underserved individuals in Dipolog City. Founder John Patrick T. Lim saw a need for accessible and inclusive financial solutions for people without collateral or credit history. With the tagline “Easy Credit, Made Better,” UFCC was born under the ancestral home of the Lim family, starting with just PHP 5,000,000 in capital, a desk, and three employees.
Since then, we have grown to become a trusted name in the financial services sector. From humble beginnings, we now serve thousands of borrowers with innovative loan products and a commitment to financial literacy.
