How to Apply

We’ve made the loan application process simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Inquiry
  • Contact us or visit our office for initial consultation.
  • Provide details about your employment or company affiliation.
  • Discuss your preferred loan type, interest rates, amortization options, and other inquiries such as computation and net proceeds.
Step 2: Receive Loan Requirements

We will provide a comprehensive list of requirements based on the loan type you are interested in.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
  • Fill out the application form provided.
  • Submit the completed form along with the required documents.
Step 4: Initial Review
  • We will verify the completeness of your submitted requirements.
  • If any documents are missing, we will notify you. You will have up to five days to complete the pending requirements.
Step 5: Processing
  • Once all documents are complete, your details will be logged into our Inquiry Sheet Report.
  • Your application will be forwarded to our Credit Investigator (CI) for assessment.
Step 6: Decision
  • If your application is disapproved, you will be informed via text or call. The status will be updated in our Inquiry Sheet.
  • If approved, your status will be updated, and the application will be forwarded for verification.
Step 7: Verification
  • Our Manager will conduct a verification of your employment.
  • If approved by the Manager, your application will be sent to Sir John for final approval.
Step 8: Loan Release

Once approved, the loan details will be forwarded to our Loans/Accounts Officer for scheduling the release of funds.
